How we handle the information you send us, and what our products do with your business data.
What you tell us, and what we do with it.
When you contact us through this website we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, the product you are interested in and your message. We use that information for one purpose — to answer your enquiry, recommend a product and prepare a quote.
We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Product data belongs to you
Our products process your business records inside your own environment:
- Desktop products (HMS Pro, GAS RetailOS, Pharmacy POS, GST Billing, PanelSim) store data on your own computer and SQL Server database or your own licence server.
- Cloud products (Online Hotel Manager, Photographer SaaS, WicketNexus) store data on your licensed installation with access limited by user roles and credentials.
- Mobile apps (Bavelo, Project Saathi, Meyad) keep data on the device; backups go only to the private Drive or storage account you connect. Project Saathi does not use an account or cloud database at all.
Remote monitoring and owner snapshots
Some products can publish signed KPI snapshots so an owner can view business figures on a phone. These snapshots contain summary figures — occupancy, collections, department totals — not guest or customer personal records. The feature is optional and can be switched off.
Website hosting and cookies
This website is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of your visit. Embedded videos, if played, are served by YouTube and are subject to YouTube's own privacy policy.
Data security
We recommend — and help you configure — access control, encrypted credentials, verified backups, retention rules and server hardening for your production environment. Reports of a suspected security issue are treated as urgent; please contact us directly on the number above.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry details are retained while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for service continuity. You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the contact information we hold about you by writing to the email address on this page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
