A Windows PC for the server with SQL Server Express installed, plus a printer — thermal for bills or A4 for GST invoices. Additional stations connect over your shop or property LAN. Internet is optional.
Yes. Restaurant, bar, room service and laundry post directly to the guest folio, and the final invoice consolidates everything with the correct GST treatment per service.
The system runs locally, so billing and check-in continue normally without internet. A UPS for the PC and printer covers power cuts; when power returns the data is already on the local database.
Usually one to two working days on-site for a single property: installation, room and rate master setup, opening positions and hands-on training for reception and accounts. Larger properties are planned with you.
